using monkemade

You must use a wallet you control and comply with applicable law. Holder-only tools require a valid Saga Monke holding and a wallet signature. A signature verifies control of a wallet; it does not give MonkeMade permission to move funds.

your public content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the profile, project, update, bounty, link, image, and other content you submit. You keep ownership of your content, while giving MonkeMade permission to host, display, format, and promote it as needed to operate the service.

Do not submit content that is deceptive, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or intended to manipulate other people. Do not impersonate another person or claim credit for work you did not make.

publishing and moderation

MonkeMade uses signed wallet actions and a GitHub-backed publishing flow. Some changes publish automatically; others are reviewed by MonkeLegal. We may decline, remove, or limit content and access when needed to prevent abuse, protect the community, or maintain the directory.

Deleting a public profile or project removes it from MonkeMade after processing. Historical submission records may remain in the publishing workflow where needed for security, moderation, and audit purposes.

bounties and payments

A bounty is an arrangement between its creator and entrants. Creators define the work, choose a winner or run the stated random draw, and pay the advertised reward from their own wallet. MonkeMade never takes custody of bounty funds, does not escrow rewards, and does not guarantee a creator will select, pay, or accept any submission.

Entrants may submit only their own work and only once per bounty unless MonkeMade explicitly says otherwise. Creators must honor the posted terms and payment expectations. We may record reported payout status, but we do not resolve private disputes or act as a payment intermediary.

third-party services

Projects can link to third-party websites, wallets, apps, repositories, and social platforms. Those services have their own rules and privacy practices. MonkeMade does not endorse, verify, control, or take responsibility for third-party content, products, transactions, or security.

service availability and liability

MonkeMade is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of content, or that any project, wallet, link, bounty, or creator is safe or legitimate. Use your own judgment before interacting with anything listed on the site.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MonkeMade is not liable for losses connected to third-party projects, wallet use, blockchain transactions, bounties, or reliance on information displayed on the service.

changes and contact
